The Nets are 7-7 as the away favorites this season, and the Pistons are 10-7 as home underdogs this season. The Nets also average 123 points on the road this season, and the Pistons average 106 at home this season. All signs point to the Nets to win this game regardless of whether or not James Harden plays.

The Pistons are 22-19 against the spread this season, mostly because of this past week, where they covered three games in a row. Detroit is also 10-7 against the spread as a home underdog; they have also covered against the Nets in both games they’ve played this season. So I like the Nets to win this game outright easily but covering the spread is a different story against the Pistons team for some reason.
