The Cavs have some nice pieces for the future, at least with guards Collin Sexton and Darius Garland, both averaging 17+ points each and both under 24 years old. Also, the center they acquired from the Nets Jarrett Allen, who averages a double double night in and night out is also under the age of 24. The Cavs need one more veteran piece that isn’t Kevin Love, and they’ll be set to make a run in a few years, but until then, Cleveland fans continue to watch the 2016 NBA Finals highlight videos.

The Charlotte Hornets are having a better season than they previously thought they would. They are sitting in the 8th seed with a record of 28-28 and are right in the thick of the play-in tournament. Star rookie Lamelo Ball was having an outstanding rookie season averaging 18 points, seven rebounds, and four assists per game before getting hurt and missing the last one and a half months with a fractured shooting hand. The Hornets and their fans got great news late last week that Ball would be cleared for individual basketball activities and might be back with the team for their final week of the season leading into the playoffs.

The Hornets have been a top 10 team this season against the spread with an overall record of 30-25 this season.
